This product is recommended to be used on dry hair and only once in a single week in the strongest textured areas in the hair first.

For healthier hair textures that may be virgin or tinted, the hair should be prepped with Pre-Soft Keratin Primer before using Pre-Clean Shampoo.

Do not use on hair that has already been treated with keratin, as it will reduce or remove its strength.
